Pre-order terms

What a pre-order means

When you pre-order, you reserve a product from an upcoming, limited production. Full payment is made at the time of order. Planned delivery is stated on the product page and in your order confirmation: Pre-harvest October 2026, CORE November 2026.

Guaranteed minimum level

Each product is sold with a guaranteed minimum polyphenol level: CORE 700+ mg/kg and Pre-harvest 1000+ mg/kg. Each batch is analyzed using HPLC. If a batch does not reach its guaranteed level, it will not be delivered.

If delivery is delayed

In case of delay, we will inform you with a new delivery notification.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to distance selling regulations. The final wording for sealed food products will be determined before publication.

Prices and payment

All prices are stated in SEK including VAT. Payment is made at the time of order using the payment methods displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
