Olives have been cultivated on the island of Korčula in Croatia for thousands of years.

Here, a favourable climate, traditional methods and an uncompromising focus on quality come together. The result is an olive oil with distinct character, deep flavour and naturally high nutritional value.

Polyphenol-rich olive oil is a central part of the Mediterranean diet and is often associated with health, longevity and an active lifestyle. For us, taste and wellbeing are two sides of the same quality.

Our olive oil is an extra virgin olive oil from small producers on Korčula.

Each batch is selected and tested to ensure high quality, a distinct flavour profile and a consistent level of polyphenols.

Polyphenols influence taste, shelf life and stability.

The peppery finish and bitterness are the result of a high polyphenol content and rapid pressing after harvest.

Korčula has a long tradition of producing exceptional olive oil through small family-owned groves, local olive varieties and generations of accumulated knowledge. Much of that quality has long been commercially underutilised, even though the trees, the mills and the expertise are already in place.

This gives our olive oil an unusually strong starting point. We don't need to create premium olive oil from scratch — we begin with exceptional oil from day one, combining origin, traceability and lab-verified quality for a modern audience.

Korčula gives us something that is difficult to recreate quickly: an authentic premium origin with genuine depth.

From harvest to bottle

Harvested at peak ripeness

Olives are harvested when polyphenol content is at its highest — early in the season, at green maturity.

Pressed the same day

Cold-pressing takes place within hours of harvest to preserve flavour and quality.

Controlled temperature

Temperature is monitored throughout the entire process, from pressing to bottling.

Lab analysis

Every batch is verified by HPLC analysis. Our oil consistently comes in around 900 mg/L polyphenols.
