Cancellation policy

Certain products in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how to change or cancel such purchases. For the right of withdrawal, returns and complaints, see our Return and Refund Policy.

Subscriptions

When you take out a subscription, you receive recurring deliveries at the frequency you selected. Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider, and you are charged before each delivery unless you have chosen to pay in advance.

Changes or cancellation

You can pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation charge. Use the link in your order confirmation or customer account, or contact us at info@valaselection.se.

Changes and cancellations made no later than 48 hours before the next scheduled charge apply from that delivery. If the change is made later, it applies from the following delivery.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions continue until further notice and renew automatically until you cancel them. Before each charge, the amount and delivery date are shown in your subscription overview.

Right of withdrawal for subscriptions

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal counted from the day you received the first delivery. If you withdraw from the subscription contract, future deliveries also cease. For individual deliveries, the exceptions for food described in our Return and Refund Policy apply.

Pre-orders

A pre-order concerns a product that is not yet in stock, such as a forthcoming harvest. For a pre-order, the full amount is charged when the order is placed. The estimated delivery period is stated on the product page and in the order confirmation.

The estimated delivery time is stated on the product page. If delivery is substantially delayed, you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a refund of the amount paid.

Cancelling a pre-order

You can cancel a pre-order free of charge until the goods have been dispatched. Contact us at info@valaselection.se with your order number, and we will refund any amount paid.

If the goods have already been dispatched, your normal right of withdrawal under our Return and Refund Policy applies instead.
