CORE is our high-phenolic extra virgin olive oil for daily use. Cold-pressed within 24 hours of harvest, from Korčula in Croatia.

Polyphenols are natural antioxidants found in olive oil. Most commercial extra virgin oils contain under 150 mg/kg. CORE delivers 700+ mg/kg — placing it among the highest-quality oils available. Higher polyphenol content means more pronounced health benefits and a richer, more complex flavour.

CORE is sold with a guaranteed minimum level of 700+ mg/kg polyphenols. Each batch is analyzed with an HPLC test at the University of Split.

Batch: 2026 harvest. Batch number and analysis value will be published after pressing and analysis. The varieties are indigenous to the island: approx. 80% Lastovka and 20% Drobnica.

Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 20g of olive oil as part of a varied and balanced diet.
