Shipping policy

Delivery area

We currently deliver within Sweden.

International delivery may be offered in the future. For such sales, special delivery terms, charges and taxes may apply depending on the country of delivery.

Delivery time

For products in stock, the normal delivery time is 2-5 working days. For pre-orders, the estimated delivery period stated on the relevant product page and in the order confirmation applies.

In the event of temporary delays, we will inform you as soon as possible. If delivery is substantially delayed, you have the right to cancel the purchase under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

Shipping cost

Free shipping is offered on purchases over SEK 500.

For purchases under SEK 500, a shipping charge of SEK 59 applies.

All prices include VAT. The current shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you complete the order.

Delivery method

Delivery is made by a carrier selected by us to the address or collection point stated when ordering. You will be notified when the shipment is ready for collection.

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery details you provide are correct.

Transfer of risk

The risk for the goods passes to you when you receive them.

If the goods are damaged or lost during transport, we are responsible until you have received them.

Transport damage

Inspect the goods upon receipt.

If the shipment is visibly damaged, this must be reported directly to the carrier.

In the event of concealed damage, contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the damage. See our Return and Refund Policy for more information.

Uncollected parcels

If you do not collect your shipment within the specified time and the parcel is returned to us, we have the right to charge a fee corresponding to our actual return shipping and handling costs.

Failure to collect a parcel does not count as exercising the right of withdrawal. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, notify us in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
